Ancient Philosophy for Modern Day Life – Pranayama, Mantra and Meditation (60 hours)

In this course we will do a deep dive into Yogic Philosophy including; Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras – the pathways that leads towards Samadhi, via the practices of asana, pranayama, meditation & mantra. Exploration of the vrttis (fluctuations), kleshas (afflictions), abhyasa (practice) & vairagya (attachment). We discuss and explore the practices of Tantrik Philosophy (Kashmir Shaivism & Sri Vidya). You will learn about the Mahavidyas (Goddess’s) of the Tantrik lineage and how the qualities of these archetypes can be brought to life. The last day is spent exploring purpose (Dharma) within the areas of intimacy, joy, the work we do as a means to fulfil our purpose and spiritual freedom. What all of this means to live an awakened fulfilling life.
