Inspire Yoga 200hr Teacher Training

18 - 23 September 2024 | 28 October - 3rd November 2024 | 25 November - 1 December 2024

Inspire RYT Foundational 200-hour teacher training is a highly reputable, comprehensive program that provides essential knowledge and tools for dedicated students who wish to embark on a pathway of transformation. Gain knowledge and experience within all areas of yoga, whilst learning to teach with authenticity and integrity. The training is split into three immersions, each consisting of seven days of embodied, integrated learning.

The Inspire Yoga Teacher Training program has been carefully and loving curated to offer a well-rounded introduction to the theoretical, practical, and embodiment skills required for teaching yoga. We will dive deep into the rich traditions and teachings that underpin, and hold the origins of, the modern postural yoga we practice today, including Non-Dual Tantra, Patanjali's Yoga Sutras of Classical Yoga, and the Bhagavad Gita. Through daily immersion into practice, open and supportive discussion, life-altering inquiry, and thought-provoking reading, you will open to your inherent wisdom and curiosity, and develop skills for embodying and integrating yoga into all aspects of life.

Yoga can be seen as the practices (yoga asana, meditation, pranayama, mantra and mudra) and as a state of being - a paradigm-shifting path that leads to more open-heartednes and tenderness, skill in action, and deep trust in the ever-unfolding flow of life, as well as the sweet stillness that underlies and holds it all. Yoga, ultimately, is a path for every body, one of empowerment for the benefit of all beings.

We introduce three styles of Hatha Yoga - Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin.

Our approach to asana, is to combine and integrate traditional yoga with modern science-based movement practices such as functional movement, somatics and trauma-informed yoga. We ensure you are well equipped with effective tools and techniques to support students and to develop your own personal practice.
