  • How to use Restorative Yoga for Deficiency symptoms such as Yang and Yin deficiency.

  • Top down and bottom up approaches for bringing clients into the parasympathetic nervous system.

  • How to support your clients, how to use props and how to guide your clients into relaxation.

  • Why sleep and rest are vital for brain health, learning and healing. Learn about the glymphatic system and nervous system disorders that can result from lack of rest.
