Functional Anatomy for the Modern Day Yogi (50hours)

This module is for teachers who want to take their depth of knowledge of movement science within a yoga context to the next level. The course focuses on crafting sequences that effectively prepare students while providing meaningful regressions and modifications for more advanced poses, specific injuries, or dysfunctions.

Utilizing principles of biomechanics and exercise science, you will learn how to appropriately load tissues and joints, especially in cases of injury or for beginners in yoga.

The course is ideal for developing your skills in one-on-one instruction for specific conditions, helping you gain a deeper understanding of your student's individual needs.
