Inspire Yoga Teacher NZ offers a comprehensive Yoga Alliance US-certified pathway, including 200-hour Foundational Yoga Teacher Trainings and 300-hour+ Advanced Yoga Teacher Certifications, across a program that blends Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin. Our aim is to empower you to discover and express your authentic voice within a supportive, nurturing environment, guiding you through every stage—from foundational practice to advanced pedagogy—with embodied wisdom and grounded in care.   • +300hr Yoga Teacher Training

    The Inspire +300hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive and transformative program designed for those who have already completed their foundational yoga teacher training and are looking to elevate your practice and teaching skills to a new level. This advanced training equips students with a wider range of techniques, methodologies, and profound insights that are essential for deepening their understanding of yoga.

    Overview

    This immersion explores the ethical foundations and psychological dimensions of yoga, with a tantric lens. It weaves together ethics in yoga, the alchemy of sadhana, and the psychology of yoga through the lens of the Yoga Sutras and Classical Non‑Dual Tantra, alongside embodiment practices and practical daily-life applications. We’ll examine what yoga is, why we practice, and what happens when we do or don’t—exploring both dual and non-dual perspectives, including mantra, Sanskrit, bhakti, and daily-life practice.

    Our RYT 200-hour teacher training program is a comprehensive course designed for dedicated students seeking to deepen their yoga practice and acquire essential teaching skills. This immersive program covers key aspects of yoga, including asana, anatomy, philosophy, and teaching methodologies.

  • +300hr YTT Immersion 2: Non Violent Communication, Mantra Sadhana, Classical Non-Dual Tantra (26 hours)

    Breath and the Nervous System, The Five Vayus, and Prana Shakti: Pranayama practices; breathing anatomy, physiology, and behaviour (26 hours)

    This module is designed for yoga teachers seeking to deepen their understanding of movement science within a yoga context. It focuses on elevating your ability to craft effective sequences that prepare students thoroughly while offering meaningful regressions and variations for poses, injuries, or specific dysfunctions. The aim is to make all yoga accessible, sustainable, and supportive for the longevity of the practice.

    26 hour module to be completed as part of Inspire Yoga 300hr+ Advanced Training or as a stand alone training.

  • +300hr YTT Immersion 5: Intelligent Sequencing - Vinyasa Krama - August 2026 TBA (26 hours)

    This is an immersive course designed to elevate your teaching through the art of intelligent, purposeful sequencing grounded in Vinyasa Krama. This module goes beyond “how to sequence a class” to reveal the deeper why behind it, ensuring your students experience a powerful, transformative practice. It’s a follow-on from the Anatomy immersion and is designed to flow in synergy.

    26 hour module to be completed as part of Inspire Yoga 300hr+ Advanced Training or as a stand alone training.

  • +300hr YTT Immersion 6: Trauma Informed Facilitation - Yoga and Somatics September 2026 TBA (26 hours)

    This immersion centres on trauma-informed practice as a foundational skill set for safe, compassionate teaching and transformative student experiences, enhanced by guest speakers and social justice discussions that broaden understanding of diversity and inclusivity.

    35 hour Module to be completed as part of Inspire Yoga 300hr+ Advanced Training or as a stand alone training.
